Creating the SOAR Team
To kick-off the first phase, a SOAR Team comprised of faculty and staff was formed in the summer and met three times to identify the Strengths ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ can build upon and the Opportunities it can utilize as a University. On the basis of this setting, the document created by the SOAR Team also proposes a set of Aspirations for ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ to consider as a community, and outlines what Results these might yield for ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥. It is not the strategic plan itself, but rather it should be viewed as a starting point for the development and implementation of the University’s new strategic plan.
